Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale Facebook & Instagram sales campaigns.
- Create campaign strategies focused primarily on online sales and revenue growth.
- Manage Meta campaign structures including Sales, Advantage+ Sales Campaigns, Retargeting and Prospecting.
- Identify profitable audiences, products, creatives, and campaigns.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CPA.
- Monitor daily ad spend, sales, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve profitability.
- Build effective retargeting strategies for website visitors, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, and existing customers.
- Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.
- Work closely with designers and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Analyze competitors and their advertising strategies.
- Monitor the complete customer journey from Ad → Landing Page → Checkout → Purchase.
- Identify problems causing low conversion rates or high CPA.
- Manage and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ensure accurate Purchase, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, and other event tracking.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and clearly explain campaign profitability.
- Develop strategies for increasing monthly sales while maintaining sustainable advertising costs.
