Job Description
- Manage daily operations on Amazon,
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and search keywords.
- Monitor product pricing, stock availability, suppressed listings, and inactive ASINs/SKUs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability across marketplaces.
- Track sales, returns, cancellations, and other key performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries, product-related complaints, and marketplace account health issues.
- Raise and follow up on seller support cases to resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with advertising and catalog teams to improve product visibility and sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational guidelines.
