E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations, catalogue creation, product listings, account health, and inventory coordination across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, and other online marketplaces, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining accurate and optimized product catalogues.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across all marketplaces.
• Prepare product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, keywords, HSN/GST details, and attributes.
• Manage parent-child variations such as size, color, pack size, and bundle listings.
• Coordinate with the design team for product images, A+ content, banners, and creatives.
• Update catalogues for new launches, pricing revisions, discontinued products, and content changes.
• Resolve catalogue errors, listing issues, suppressed listings, and content-related discrepancies.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace offers

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in catalogue management and product listing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, data validation).
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and product catalogues simultaneously.
