E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our daily online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will handle order processing, inventory management, and marketplace account operations primarily for Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring smooth workflows and minimum cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Process daily customer orders efficiently, generate shipping labels, and hand them over to logistics partners on time.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels regularly, update inventory across all portals to prevent out-of-stock issues, and coordinate replenishment.
• Marketplace Management: Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and Flipkart, including catalog updates, listing optimization, and account health maintenance.
• SPF Claims & Reconciliation: File and manage Safe-T-Claims (SPF) on Amazon and equivalent claims on Flipkart for damaged, lost, or incorrect returns to minimize financial leakage.
• Returns & Logistics Tracking: Track reverse pickups, handle customer queries related to dispatch, and resolve operational discrepancies.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience in handling Amazon and Flipkart seller portals (Seller Central / Seller Hub).
• Strong command of Excel and basic computer operations for inventory sheets.
• Good analytical skills to track returns, settlements, and claims.
• Bonus / Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience in shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) for brand marketing. (Candidates with video content creation skills will be eligible for a salary hike).

Salary: Negotiable based on experience (potential for a higher package if reel-making skills are included).
