Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings, catalogues, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
- Upload product images, descriptions, keywords, and product specifications.
- Handle orders, returns, cancellations, and inventory updates.
- Monitor sales performance and marketplace account health.
- Coordinate with teams for order fulfilment and customer queries.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Track competitor pricing, product rankings, and marketplace trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure marketplace policies and guidelines are followed.
