Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive – Fraagleam

Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month

Experience: 6 months–2 years preferred

Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

About the role

Fraagleam, a growing fashion jewellery brand, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage product listings on Shopify and online marketplaces.
  • Manage product catalogues, images, descriptions, pricing and inventory.
  • Handle orders, dispatches, cancellations and returns.
  • Monitor seller accounts and resolve listing or operational issues.
  • Maintain sales and inventory reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of e-commerce operations.
  • Shopify or marketplace experience is preferred.
  • Good computer skills and basic Excel knowledge.
  • Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
