## Field Support Executive – Healthcare Diagnostics
**Company:** Delhi Cardio – A Unit of Four Pixels Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.
**Job Type:** Full-Time | Field Job
**Department:** Operations / Field Support
### Job Responsibilities:-
- Installation & removal of **Holter, ELR, ABPM and Sleep Study** devices at patient homes and hospitals.
- Explain test procedure and device precautions to patients.
- Ensure proper device installation and recording.
- Handle devices and accessories safely.
- Update installation/removal and case status in company CRM/WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with Customer Support and Operations teams.
- Upload/submit test data after device removal.
- Maintain professional behaviour while dealing with patients, doctors and hospitals.
- Support development of Delhi Cardio services in the assigned territory.
### Candidate Requirements
- **12th Pass / Graduate / DMLT / MLT**
- Freshers can apply; healthcare/diagnostic experience preferred.
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp & Google Maps knowledge.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- **Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred.**
### Training Provided
Complete training for **Holter, ELR, ABPM & Sleep Study installation/removal** will be provided by Delhi Cardio.
**Ideal Candidate:** Responsible, punctual, presentable and willing to work in the healthcare field.
