Field Sales Executive

1. User Acquisition & App Promotion

• Identify and approach potential end users (individual) through online and offline channels across the Indian market.
• Promote the company mobile app and guide potential users through the download, registration, and activation process.
• Develop new customer acquisition channels and conduct local promotions to expand the user base.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly user acquisition targets set by management and continuously drive customer growth.
• Maintain accurate user acquisition records and provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback.

2. Company Incorporation & Business Setup

• Assist with company incorporation Pvt Ltd in India with selected nominee directors.
• Coordinate with CAs, India Fillings and relevant service providers during the incorporation process.
• Coordinate basic information and documentation related to company directors and registration.
• Assist with corporate bank account opening and related communication.
• Support other basic company setup and administrative tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate qualification in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, App Promotion, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and strongly driven to earn through performance.
• Good English and local language communication skills.
• Experience in Fintech, E-commerce, Telecom, or Technology is a plus.
