Job Description
- Understand customers’ financial goals and insurance needs.
- Explain suitable life insurance and financial protection plans.
- Generate leads through personal contacts, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Connect with potential customers and arrange meetings/calls.
- Explain policy benefits, premiums, returns, and terms clearly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them during the policy purchase process.
- Achieve assigned business targets and earn performance-based incentives.
- Provide basic after-sales support and help customers with policy-related queries.
