Job Description
Staff Supervision: Manage sales associates, assign daily tasks, and monitor individual and team performance.
Sales Monitoring: Track daily and monthly sales goals, help close high-value sales, and motivate the team to hit targets.
Customer Service: Greet shoppers, answer complex inquiries, and resolve escalated complaints quickly.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels on the sales floor, prevent shortages, and coordinate with stockrooms for timely replenishment.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain clean, attractive product displays that follow brand guidelines.
Training and Coaching: Onboard new hires, run product training, and provide feedback to improve staff performance
