Healthcare Recruiter

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to help build hiring pipelines for hospitals and enterprise clients. You’ll work alongside Raj, our AI recruiter, to source, engage, and manage candidates across both clinical and non clinical roles.

This is a hands-on sourcing role where you’ll identify talent through multiple channels, engage with candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep our recruitment platform updated throughout the hiring process.

• What You’ll DoSource candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job platforms.
• Identify talent through hospitals, nursing colleges, referrals, social media and other sourcing channels.
• Build pipelines for both clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Reach out to potential candidates via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with client HR teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates within our platform.
• Continuously discover and test new sourcing channels for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Work closely with our AI platform to execute sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

We’re Looking For Someone who Has 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

• Is confident speaking with candidates over phone and WhatsApp.
• Can source talent independently using multiple platforms.
• Is proactive, organised and comfortable handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Learns quickly and enjoys solving difficult hiring challenges.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
