Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic PRT Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi to primary-grade students through online classes. The ideal candidate should have strong command over Hindi, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make language learning engaging, interactive, and effective in a virtual classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi to primary-level students using engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and digital learning resources.
• Conduct interactive online classes to improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and other academic documentation.
• Communicate effectively with parents and the academic team regarding student progress.
• Participate in online staff meetings, training sessions, and academic planning activities.
• Create an inclusive and supportive virtual learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a relevant discipline from a recognised university.
• B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is preferred; candidates with relevant primary teaching qualifications will be given preference.
• Strong proficiency in Hindi grammar, literature, reading, and writing.
• Good command of classroom communication and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of teaching experience as a Primary Teacher (PRT), preferably teaching Hindi.
• Experience teaching primary-grade students in an online or offline school environment.
• Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and strong teaching aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi language and communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, digital whiteboards, and presentation tools.
• Effective lesson planning, assessment, and time management skills.
• Patience, creativity, adaptability, and a student-focused approach.
• Reliable internet connectivity and a suitable home teaching setup.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and teaching competencies.
