Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and personal files.
- Coordinate payroll, PF, ESIC, and other HR-related documentation.
- Manage employee appraisal, probation confirmation, and performance records.
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Coordinate office/factory maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendors.
- Manage office supplies and general administrative requirements.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with different departments.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, reports, and other required documents.
- Ensure smooth HR & Admin operations as assigned by management.
