Job Overview

We are looking for a fast-paced HR professional with experience in banking, NBFCs. You will manage high-volume hiring for loan officers, telesales agents, and credit verification executives while ensuring strict financial industry compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk Recruitment: Source, interview, and hire sales executives, telecallers, and loan processors.
• Onboarding Speed: Run quick, efficient onboarding pipelines to manage high industry turnover.
• Background Verification: Manage mandatory financial checks, criminal records, and reference checks.
• Performance Tracking: Work with team leads to monitor daily sales targets and incentive structures.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances regarding commission payouts and performance pressure.
• Attendance & Payroll: Track daily attendance and incentive data for payroll processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of HR experience specifically within a Banking, NBFC, Loan Agency, or Fintech setup.
• Hiring Skills: Proven track record of high-volume or bulk hiring for sales profiles.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of loan products (Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, etc).
• Software Skills: Experience with job portals and basic HRMS or Excel tools.
• Soft Skills: High emotional resilience, strong negotiation skills, and ability to work under target pressure.
