Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of HR Recruiter. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. If you have good communication skills and an interest in hiring and talent acquisition, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements shared by the company.
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
  • Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
