Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance and leave management.
  • Handle HRMS operations and employee data management.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and salary coordination.
  • Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline.
  • Manage employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and implementation of HR policies.
