Job Description
Looking for an energetic HR candidate to manage manpower and compliance for dark store operations (Zepto, Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire and fulfil daily staffing requirements for store-level roles & management.
- Conduct regular store visits for compliance checks and operational audits.
- Track and help minimise store shrinkage and stock leakage.
- Manage employee attendance, payroll data, and record-keeping/documentation.
- Handle ground-level staff issues and provide quick solutions.
