Job Description
Position: Import Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle import documentation and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, especially China.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Track shipments, delivery schedules, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents.
- Maintain import records and ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any relevant stream.
- Experience in import operations and documentation.
- Knowledge of Excel and international trade procedures.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- China import experience will be preferred.
