Job Description
We are looking for motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our team as Insurance Sales Leaders.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
Generate life insurance business through the team.
Build strong customer relationships and expand the business network.
Support advisors in sales, training and business development.
Achieve assigned business and recruitment targets.
Eligibility:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Sales, insurance, banking or financial-services experience preferred.
Ability to recruit and motivate a team.
