Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, procurement, inventory and food quality at The Mohan's


Key Responsibilities

  • Source quality ingredients at competitive prices and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Manage inventory, purchase quantities and stock availability.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, portion consistency and hygiene.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure timely order dispatch.
  • Minimise food wastage and control kitchen costs.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational, numerical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good judgement regarding ingredient quality and value for money.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
  • Experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.

Location: Delhi
