Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers from the provided lead database and generate interest in loan products.
- Explain loan options, eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Manage and update leads, call records, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM or lead management system.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve conversion rates.
- Assist customers with application completion, KYC, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners to track application status and facilitate loan disbursement.
- Meet daily calling targets and monthly targets for qualified leads, loan applications, and successful disbursements.
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, or loan products is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into customers.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to learn.
