Job Description
NDR Monitoring: Logistics panels (jaise Shiprocket, Delhivery, ClickPost, Unicommerce, DTDC) par daily undelivered orders aur NDR status ko monitor karna.
Customer Communication: Un customers ko call/WhatsApp karna jinki delivery fail hui hai (jaise Customer Not Available, Wrong Address, Phone Unreachable) aur unse correct delivery details confirm karna.
Address & Detail Verification: Galat ya adhoore addresses aur phone numbers ko customer se baat karke update karna.
Courier Coordination: Courier partners aur local delivery hubs ke sath coordination karke shipments ke liye re-attempt requests raise karna.
RTO Reduction: Delivery failures ke sahi reasons pata lagana aur unhe 24–48 hours ke andar resolve karke company ke RTO percent ko kam karna.
Fake Attempt Tracking: Delivery agents ke fake delivery attempts ko pakadna aur courier team ke pass escalate karna.
Daily Reporting: Har din Dispatched, Delivered, Pending NDR, aur RTO orders ki MIS report/Excel sheet taiyar karna.
