1. Job Description

IPV Surakshaa Kawach invites applications from enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented candidates for the position of Marketing Executive for the IPV Bharat Project.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting the project, connecting with prospective customers and members, generating leads, conducting marketing activities, and contributing to the overall growth and outreach of the project.

Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional relationships with customers.

2. Key Work Responsibilities

1.     Promote the IPV Bharat Project through online and offline marketing activities.

2.     Connect with prospective customers, members, and business associates.

3.     Explain project-related information through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and personal meetings.

4.     Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

5.     Respond to customer queries and provide accurate, verified project information.

6.     Maintain customer records and conduct regular follow-ups.

7.     Assist in social media promotions, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

8.     Participate in marketing meetings, presentations, and promotional events.

9.     Prepare daily and weekly marketing activity reports.

10. Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the concerned team.

11. Coordinate with team members to achieve assigned marketing objectives.

12. Follow organisational policies, maintain customer confidentiality, and adhere to approved marketing guidelines.

3. Required Job Skills        

Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.

·        Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of marketing, promotion, and customer engagement.

·        Lead Generation: Ability to identify and connect with prospective customers.

·        Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

·        Customer Relationship Management: Ability to maintain customer relationships and conduct timely follow-ups.

·        Sales Skills: Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate relevant information effectively.

·        Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management.

·        Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assigned responsibilities on time.

·        Reporting Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.

·        Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant department for resolution.

·        Professional Conduct: Honesty, discipline, confidence, and a responsible approach to work.

4. Educational Qualifications·        Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates may be preferred.

·        Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

·        Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or business development will be an added advantage.

·        Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and internet applications is required.
