Marketing Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing / Sales Executive for our Commercial Printing & Packaging business.

Key Responsibility:

• Generate new business and bring regular printing & packaging orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies, publishers, schools, manufacturers, brands, etc.
• Visit clients and generate leads/orders across Delhi NCR.
• Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹5–10 Lakhs+.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with our production/quotation team.
• Build long-term B2B client relationships.

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Printing, Packaging, Publishing, Advertising or a related B2B industry.
• Must have a personal bike/two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Minimum Graduate.
• Age: approximately 30–50 years.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Should be comfortable with field sales and client visits.
• Should have an existing network/contact base in Delhi NCR in printing, packaging, publishing, manufacturing, education, corporate or related industries.
• Target-oriented and capable of independently generating business.

This is a target-based business development role. We are specifically looking for a person who can generate genuine business/orders, not only leads.
