Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage company data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records. The candidate should have a minimum qualification of 12th pass, at least 6 months of relevant experience, and good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Collect, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
- Prepare Excel reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Generate sales, operations, and team performance reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Proficiency in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, IF, AND, OR, Pivot Tables, and AVERAGE.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant MIS or data management experience.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to prepare and maintain Excel reports independently.
