E-COMMERCE & ONLINE SALES MANAGER
Company: Sai Early Learners Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Plot No. 348, Ecotech-III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM
Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years
About the Role
Sai Early Learners is a growing toy and educational products manufacturing company looking for an experienced E-commerce & Online Sales Manager to build, manage and grow our entire online business.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of our marketplace presence, online sales, product listings, promotions, advertising coordination, inventory planning and overall online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, manage and grow accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Shopify/D2C and other relevant online channels.
* Identify and recommend new e-commerce and online sales channels for the business.
* Take complete ownership of online sales and revenue growth.
* Create, manage and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, variations, A+ content and catalogue information.
* Manage pricing, promotions, offers, discounts and marketplace visibility.
* Plan and coordinate marketplace advertising and performance marketing with the relevant internal/creative teams.
* Track sales, advertising performance, conversion, rankings, returns, reviews and overall marketplace performance.
* Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to maintain inventory availability, timely dispatches, marketplace stock levels and returns.
* Monitor marketplace fees, margins and profitability to ensure healthy online business growth.
* Launch new products across online platforms and ensure complete catalogue readiness.
* Prepare regular sales, performance and marketplace reports for management.
* Identify opportunities to improve online sales, discoverability and customer conversion.
* Build processes and develop a team to scale the company’s online business as the business grows.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on e-commerce / marketplace experience
* Strong experience managing Amazon, Flipkart and multiple online marketplaces
* Proven ability to grow online sales and revenue
* Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, pricing, promotions and advertising
* Good understanding of e-commerce analytics, SEO, conversion and profitability
* Strong Excel/data-analysis skills
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
* Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership
* Ability and willingness to build and manage an e-commerce team
We are looking for someone who can build and grow our online business and manage marketplace accounts.
