Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operational Manager – Mortgage to manage and oversee the end-to-end mortgage loan operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Mortgage / Home Loan Operations, loan processing, documentation, file management, coordination with Credit, Legal & Technical teams, and disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee end-to-end mortgage loan operations from login to disbursement.

* Monitor mortgage loan files and ensure timely processing at every stage.

* Verify and maintain accurate loan and property-related documentation.

* Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, Technical and Banking teams.

* Track property valuation, legal verification and technical processes.

* Monitor pending cases, TAT and ensure timely closure of operational requirements.

* Ensure proper collection and verification of required customer documents.

* Coordinate with internal teams and lenders for sanction and disbursement.

* Identify and resolve operational issues and process-related delays.

* Maintain accurate records and reports of mortgage loan files.

* Ensure adherence to company and lender policies, processes and compliance requirements.

* Lead, guide and monitor the Mortgage Operations team.

* Prepare regular MIS and operational reports for senior management.

* Ensure smooth coordination between Sales and Operations for faster file movement.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Management or a related field.

* Relevant experience in Mortgage / Home Loan Operations.

* Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing and documentation.

* Experience in handling mortgage files from login to disbursement.

* Knowledge of property-related Legal and Technical processes.

* Experience coordinating with Banks / NBFCs and internal lending teams.

* Strong team management and operational coordination skills.

* Excellent follow-up, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
