Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Pick products accurately as per customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ensure correct products, quantities, and offers/freebies are packed before dispatch.
  • Print and paste shipping labels on parcels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
  • Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
  • Perform quality checks on products before packing.
  • Pack promotional kits, influencer PR boxes, and festive gift hampers as required.
  • Hand over packed shipments to courier partners on time.
  • Report damaged, missing, or defective products immediately.
