Mandatory Requirement

Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Job Responsibilities

* Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

* Execute lead generation, traffic, sales, and brand awareness campaigns.

* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

* Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance.

* Track conversions using Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Events Manager.

* Perform A/B testing and prepare performance reports.

* Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.

* Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and conversion tracking.

* Experience with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

* Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads), or other paid advertising platforms.

* Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools.

* Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
