Job Description
[SWIGGY INSTAMART – PICKER & LOADER JOB DESCRIPTION]
पद:
• Picker
• Loader
काम की जिम्मेदारियां:
• Store/Warehouse में customer के order के अनुसार products को pick करना।
• Pick किए गए products को check करके सही तरीके से ready करना।
• Products को safely packing/loading area तक पहुंचाना।
• Loader की position पर goods को vehicle/dispatch area में सही तरीके से load करना।
• अपने work area को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखना।
• रोज दिया गया काम और अपनी shift को सही समय पर पूरा करना।
Shift Timing:
• A Shift: सुबह 6:00 बजे – दोपहर 3:00 बजे
• B Shift: दोपहर 3:00 बजे – रात 12:00 बजे
• C Shift (Loader): रात 11:00 बजे – सुबह 8:00 बजे
Salary & Benefits:
• Net Take Home Salary: ₹18754 प्रति माह
• Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 प्रति माह
• ESI Benefit: लागू
• PF Benefit: लागू
• Total Monthly Earnings: ₹20754 तक + ESI & PF Benefits
Attendance Bonus के लिए Conditions:
• सप्ताह में 6 Working Days
• Weekly Off company roster के अनुसार मिलेगा
• हर working day पर 8 घंटे login/काम करना जरूरी है
• UPL (Unplanned Leave) नहीं होना चाहिए
• Saturday और Sunday की shift roster के अनुसार पूरी करना जरूरी है
Candidate से क्या उम्मीद है
• Warehouse का काम करने के लिए physically fit होना
• दी गई shift में काम करने के लिए तैयार होना
• Regular और punctual होना
• Company के rules और instructions को follow करना
Important:
Salary और Attendance Bonus company के applicable rules और attendance criteria के अनुसार दिया जाएगा।
