Experience: 5+ Years (Strictly in Premium Villas / Luxury Residential Buildings)

Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)

Core Tools: Microsoft Project (MSP) & primavera & Advanced Excel (XLS)

We are hiring a specialized Planning Engineer (Civil) to manage scheduling and project controls for our portfolio of ultra-luxury residential projects and premium villas in Delhi NCR.

If you are a Civil Engineer who understands the micro-sequencing of high-end finishes with complex MEP services (VRV/VRF, automation, concealed plumbing), we want to talk to you.

What You Will Do:

•            Integrated Scheduling: Build baseline schedules in MSP and XLS, seamlessly sequencing civil structures with MEP rough-ins and premium interior finishes.

•            Data Modelling: Maintain master project trackers, S-curves, and respective dashboards in MS Excel (XLS).

•            Interface Management: Coordinate with boutique architects, premium interior designers, and specialized MEP vendors to eliminate critical path clashes.

•            MIS Reporting: Proficient to Generate weekly/monthly progress reports using the MS Office.

What We Are Looking For:

•            Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

•            Experience: 5+ years of dedicated planning experience. Must have a portfolio of luxury residential/villa projects

•            Software: Expert-level command over MS Project (MSP) and MS Excel.

•            Skills: Exceptional understanding of Civil-MEP handovers, finishing timelines, and delay analysis.
