Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Procure medical equipment, consumables, and ambulance-related medical supplies.

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of stock.

• Coordinate equipment servicing, repairs, calibration.

• Ensure timely delivery of equipment and consumables across locations.

• Support ambulance deployments by ensuring availability of required medical equipment and supplies.

• Maintain procurement, inventory, vendor, service, and AMC records.

• Coordinate with Operations and other teams to address equipment and supply requirements.

• Ensure all procured equipment meets required quality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Track vendor performance, delivery timelines, and service commitments.

• Support audits and maintain proper documentation for procurement and equipment compliance.
