Job Description
📢 WE ARE HIRING | PURCHASE EXECUTIVE
📍 Location: Preet Vihar, Delhi
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
🏢 Industry: Real Estate experience mandatory
⚡ Immediate Joiners preferred
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for real estate projects.
- Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate rates, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely material/service delivery.
- Coordinate with Project, Accounts, and Site teams for procurement requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, comparative statements, purchase MIS, and documentation.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and timelines.
Key Skills: Procurement | Vendor Management | Negotiation | Purchase Orders | Real Estate Procurement | MIS | Cost Control
