Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential clients over call and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project specifications.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in presales; real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
