Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. This is a complete inside sales role where the company will provide qualified customer data. The candidate will call potential clients, explain property details, convince them to schedule a site visit, and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers.
- Convince interested customers to schedule a site visit.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for site visit scheduling.
- Achieve monthly call, site visit, and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
