Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential property buyers.
  • Contact customers and understand their property requirements and budgets.
  • Explain project details, pricing, locations, and payment plans.
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer relationships.
  • Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the telecalling and marketing teams.
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and bookings.
  • Travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
