Job Description
A real estate sales executive connects buyers and sellers, generates leads, conducts property site visits, and closes property deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find new sales prospects through cold calling, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budgets, and investment goals to recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Site Visits: Organize and conduct property tours, explaining project features, amenities, and pricing details.
- Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through price negotiations, booking processes, and paperwork.
