Job Description
Front Desk Executive / Receptionist
Location: Defence Colony, Lajpat Nagar
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (In-Hand)
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Handling: Warmly greet and manage visitors, clients, and guests.
- Calls & Mails: Attend incoming calls, route inquiries, and respond to basic emails.
- Office Admin: Maintain visitor logbook, handle couriers, and keep reception area neat.
- Basic Records: Manage simple entries in MS Excel and coordinate office supplies.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with great skills welcome).
- Skills: Good English & Hindi communication, pleasant personality, basic MS Office/Excel.
