Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and structure finance-focused papers, from concept to final draft.
• Conduct literature reviews and identify research gaps.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and economic data using appropriate statistical methods.
• Present findings with clear arguments, sound conclusions, and accurate citations.
• Incorporate feedback and revise drafts to meet publication standards, with well-documented sources and methodology.

Who Can Apply

• Postgraduate & Doctoral: Candidates currently pursuing or having completed a PhD, or completed an MA (preferably in Economics, Finance, or a related field).
• Undergraduate: BA Hons students who are strong and experienced in writing research papers are also eligible to apply.

Skills & Qualities We Look For

• Research & Writing: Strong academic writing, research, and analytical skills (prior publications preferred).

• Data Tools: Ability to work with data; knowledge of Excel, Stata, R, or Python is an advantage.
• Execution: Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, willingness to learn, and strong ownership.
