Sales & Customer Coordination Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Coordination Executive to manage customer calls and messages, assist with sales, coordinate orders, and keep track of order status and deliveries.

The ideal candidate should be good at communication, organized, comfortable with phone calls, and able to maintain proper records of customers and orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Respond to and manage WhatsApp/messages and customer queries.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and orders.
• Assist in sales and converting enquiries into orders.
• Maintain proper records of all calls, messages, enquiries, follow-ups and orders.
• Regularly check and update order tracking and delivery status.
• Coordinate with the relevant team regarding order and delivery updates.
• Follow up with customers and provide timely updates.
• Maintain basic sales and order data in Excel.
• Ensure that no customer enquiry or follow-up is missed.
• Perform other day-to-day sales and customer coordination activities as required.

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic Maths/calculation skills.
• Comfortable handling frequent calls and WhatsApp/messages.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in sales/customer handling will be an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
