About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Calling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer-handling skills, with the ability to generate leads, understand customer requirements, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Candidates with prior knowledge or experience in printing machines, printing equipment, machinery components, and spare parts will be highly preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to new and existing customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Handle incoming enquiries, calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and leads professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing machines, spare parts, accessories, and related products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, availability, and other relevant details to customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and move prospects through the sales process.
• Convert qualified leads and enquiries into confirmed orders and final sales.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate professionally, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat-business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales, technical, service, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on products, printing machinery, spare parts, and market requirements.

• Proven ability to convert leads into final sales.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain CRM/lead records.
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with any of the following backgrounds will be given preference:

• Experience in printing machines / printing equipment sales.
• Knowledge of printing machine spare parts and consumables.
• Experience in B2B sales, telecalling, inside sales, or industrial sales.
• Experience handling technical/product enquiries.
• Proven track record of lead conversion and achieving sales targets.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is not simply a caller but a sales professional who can take a lead from the first conversation to quotation, follow-up, negotiation, and ultimately order confirmation.

A candidate with printing machinery and spare-parts knowledge + strong sales-closing ability would be an excellent fit.
