JIYO RAW is a fast-growing healthy food brand offering pure, traditionally made ghee and cold-pressed oils. As we expand our on-ground presence across India, we're looking for a driven sales professional who can bring our products to life in front of customers.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing sales role, not a back-office job. You will be the face of JIYO RAW at exhibitions, society activations, mall events, organic markets, and corporate events. Your main goal is to engage walk-in customers, explain the health benefits and quality of our products convincingly, and convert interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Drive direct sales at events, exhibitions, and stalls, and meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Confidently explain product benefits, sourcing, and processing methods to customers, and handle questions and objections on price, purity, and comparisons with other brands.

Build trust with customers through product sampling, demonstrations, and storytelling.

Plan and execute offline events, brand activations, and exhibitions from start to finish.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for stall setup, branding, stock, and logistics.

Capture customer leads and convert them into repeat buyers through follow-ups.

Collect on-ground customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product teams.

Maintain daily sales reports, stock records, and event performance data.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in direct sales, counter sales, or promotions, preferably in FMCG, food, health, or wellness products.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).

Confident, presentable, and comfortable approaching and talking to strangers.

Target-oriented, with high energy and a positive attitude.

Willingness to travel and work on weekends and holidays (event days).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.

Interest in health, nutrition, or natural food products is a strong advantage.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus).
