Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹ 70,000/month + Incentives

Experience: 3–7 years in sales; Real Estate experience preferred

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, managing leads, supporting team members, handling clients, and driving successful property sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Generate and monitor leads through calls, references, digital leads, and market activities
• Guide team members in client handling, follow-ups, and conversions
• Handle important/high-value clients and assist with negotiations
• Plan and monitor site visits and lead conversions
• Track daily sales activities, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and bookings
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales guidance
• Train and support team members to improve performance
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth closures
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports

Requirements✔ 4–7 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate

✔ Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

✔ Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM

✔ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
