Location: Delhi / Noida
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Call leads and explain Smart CRM Solution.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch the right CRM features.
- Schedule and give product demos to interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls & WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update lead status in the CRM.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
