Job Description
Meeting with Architects, Consultants, Builders, Farm House Owner, Hotels, Resorts to Generate Leads/Prospective Clients
1. Conduct Market Research for customer needs,
2. Look for potential customers through Meeting & Calls.
3. Set up meetings with Architects, Consultants, Builders, Hotels, and customers
4. Generate referral from existing customers.
5. Participate in Various Exhibition.
To convert Leads from various Sources
1. To arrange all the leads at central place.
2. Plan meeting/calls with all of them.
3. Bifurcate the leads into Cold, Warm & Hot.
4. Do a continuous follow up with them until conversion.
Increase Conversion Ratio
1. Prepare, Practice & Deliver knowledge of products/Service
2. Keep track of current data and present to CEO.
3. Prepare for possible objections & satisfy the customers.
4. Focus on improving Company foot print to majority places.
