Job Description
Handling incoming enquiries through calls and other communication channels. Counsel prospective students/customers, understand their requirement and recommend suitable German Language Course to the. Regular follow up on leads and convert hot leads into admissions. Maintain record of calls and conversions. Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets. Provide a positive and professional customer experience. candidate should have very strong communication skills and should have good control of English language. should be confident in handling the calls and queries and should be target oriented and self motivated.
