Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, advanced editing techniques, and digital content creation.

You will be responsible for producing engaging educational videos, promotional campaigns, social media content, faculty-led lectures, student testimonials, and brand videos that strengthen FinTram Global's digital presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and produce high-quality educational videos, promotional films, YouTube content, Instagram Reels, and digital advertisements.
• Transform raw footage into engaging visual stories with strong pacing, transitions, and narrative flow.
• Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and branded visual elements.
• Optimise videos for different platforms, audiences, and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and production teams to execute creative briefs.
• Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
• Maintain organised project files, footage libraries, and post-production workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging editing techniques, AI-powered tools, and digital content trends.
• Mentor junior editors and contribute to improving creative workflows where required.

Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of professional video editing experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, sound design, colour grading, typography, and visual composition.
• Experience editing both short-form and long-form content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work.

Preferred: Experience in education, e-learning, finance, digital marketing, or corporate video production.
