🔧 Bike Service Advisor – Hiring Roles & Responsibilities
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Roles & Responsibilities):
- ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और उनकी बाइक की समस्या समझना
- Customer की service requirements को सही तरीके से समझना
- बाइक की inspection करके service/repair की आवश्यकता बताना
- Job Card बनाना और सही customer complaints दर्ज करना
- Technician को आवश्यक काम की जानकारी देना और काम की follow-up करना
- Service, parts और labour का estimated cost ग्राहक को समझाना
- Additional repair/service के लिए customer की approval लेना
- Service की progress पर customer को update देना
- तैयार बाइक की final inspection करवाना
