Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

 We need someone who understands content, trends, influencers, UGC and brand building and can independently bring new ideas to the company.

Key Responsibilities :

# Social Media & Content

• Manage SOROO's Instagram and Facebook presence.
• Create and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar.
• Research trending Reels, formats, sounds, hooks and content ideas daily.
• Quickly adapt relevant trends for SOROO products. Write/review scripts, hooks, captions and CTAs.
• Coordinate with the video/content team to get content produced.
• Maintain a consistent and premium brand image across the page.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Track competitors and identify new content opportunities.

#Influencer Marketing

• Reach out to approximately 50 new relevant influencers/creators every working day.

• Build and maintain a detailed influencer database.
• Maintain complete records of conversations, responses, negotiations, deals and content status.
• Negotiate and close barter collaborations.
• Coordinate creator approvals, product dispatch, scripts and briefs.
• Follow up until the content is received and posted.
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
• Continuously expand SOROO's creator network

#Content & Brand Building

• Develop new UGC and creator-content ideas.
• Identify creators suitable for different SOROO products.
• Bring fresh content concepts and trends to the team.
• Help make SOROO's social media look and feel like a professional consumer-tech brand rather than a generic accessories page.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and editors whenever required.
