Job responsibility:-


  1. कर्मचारियों और मजदूरों से समय पर काम करवाना।
  2. काम की गुणवत्ता और प्रगति की निगरानी करना।
  3. कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति और कार्य का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
  4. काम को समय पर पूरा करवाना।
  5. सामग्री और मशीनों का सही उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना।
  6. कार्यस्थल पर अनुशासन और सुरक्षा बनाए रखना।
  7. काम में आने वाली समस्याओं की सूचना मैनेजर को देना।
  8. प्रतिदिन के कार्य की रिपोर्ट तैयार करना और जमा करना।
